About The Role As a Digital SoC Design Engineer , you will define concepts and architectures for next generation ICs for IoT, edge AI accelerator ICs and Health applications ICs. You take responsibility for design of high-performance, ultra-low-power digital signal processing modules. Key responsibilities Develop digital architectures and handle RTL development for ASIC and FPGA. Make critical trade-offs for minimizing power consumption while optimizing performance and keeping costs low. Collaborate with the digital back-end team for synthesis and physical implementation. Engage in the verification process and experimentally validate and characterize your designs in a lab environment. Understand and translate customer needs into effective design solutions. Contribute to high-quality reports and ensure comprehensive documentation. What we're looking for We're seeking a skilled Digital IC Design Engineer with an MSc or PhD in electronics engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience. You should excel in digital circuit design using (System) Verilog , and ideally have experience with: Hardware efficient AI accelerators Event-driven computing and multi-core systems Hardware modelling and CPU design Achieving logic synthesis, timing analysis, and low-power design Scripting with TCL, Matlab, and Python Revision control systems like git Experience in FPGA development, using Cadence IC design tools, and C/SystemC knowledge are advantageous.
